Gooood Evenin' Y'all!
Another Sunday night and yes.. another yummy dessert sitting around the pepper household. Tonight's special?... Apple Baklava with whipped topping, extra honey, a drizzle of whisky over the top and just a touch of nutmeg. Mmm.. you drooling yet?
While it was exrordinarily yummy - I can't wait to get it ut of the house. Too easy to just pick it up and nibble! At 210 calories per tiny triangle, dangerous!
Pretty good day though dull by most people's standards. We shampooed the carpet, made country ribs and of course the above mentioned treat... and yeah - that's about it! Calorie wise I did ok - came in kind of low. Ooops!
Right now I'm cold and slightly wired..lol

Bunch: 2 egg whites, 4 slices of bacon, 1 pc. whole wheat toast with 1tsp. margarine, tea with 1tsp. honet & 1 tsp. sugar
Supper:1 coutry rib with bbq sauce, 1/2c. roasted garlic mashed potatoes made with chicken broth
Snack: 2 1/2pc. baklava with whipped topping & honey
