Anyway - thanks everyone for stopping by.
I did pretty good today - maybe not so much calorie wise (within goal but the upper part - past my personal goal) but it was a good day in the self control department. I split some chinese with my mom - no egg roll and we got garlic chicken instead of the fried stuff with steamed rice instead of the plain fried rice that it usually comes with. And we went to Starbucks where I got a Tall Carmel Machiato - NON FAT! woo dig me!

And we gave
Mr. Trucker's soup a whirl.. holy moly it was so yummy!! We've dubbed it "Trucker's Stew", and it's going in the family cookbook as a favorite. AND it's not too bad in the carloie dept! Just 240 for 1c. Woohooy!!
But a trade off - no exercise. So ashamed, especially after the dinner fiasco last night.. but I will do it tomorrow and just call today my rest day. So it's no biggy.

Lunch: 1c. garlic chicken, 1c. steamed rice, 9oz. bowl of Hot & Sour Soup (and boy it was hot! Yummers!!)

Supper: Trucker's Stew, 2 corn muffins & 1 T. homemade veggie relish
