LOL.. no it really was the dog! She was laying in the sun, got to comfy and let loose with an audible pffft!.. it was so funny - she scared herself!!
 
Mkay - Time for business. I did sooo well all day! I ate well but within range and then we had supper and I blew it. Only by 111 cals, nothing else seems to be out of range but still it's left me feeling down about it and very out of control.

We had ordered in Mexican for supper, I had fajitas.. I figured it was my best choice considering the alternative and I only ate half. And then I looked it up on Spark... all they had was Don Pueblo stuff 1,771 calories for ONE serving!! :eek:

But this was nothing like that - this isn't a chain it's a very authentic place and the meat was grilled with the onions & peppers, then sautéed but not at all greasy. I did my best to put it together with the ingredients and added some oil to the list just to be safe.

Foods & Activity:
Breakfast: Cottage cheese with 1/4c. blueberries, 2T. granola with 2T. mixed nuts
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza, 1 1/2c. tomato soup
Snack: 2oz. sesame bread, 1 apple
Supper: 1/2 serving of fajita meat & veggies, 3 small flour tortillas, 1/4c. Mexican rice, 6 corn chips, salsa, tiny snidge of guacamole

Totals:
CALORIES: 2,101
CARBS: 264
FAT: 73
PROTEIN: 98

Water: 116oz
Exercise: 43 minutes of Yoga,
Chin Stretches 50 reps.
Abdominal twists 50 reps.
Bicep curls 50 reps.
Crunches 75 reps.
Dumbbell Rows 50 reps.
Hammer Curls 50 reps.
Leg Curls 50 reps.
Tricep Curls 50 reps.
Wrist Curls 50 reps.
Weighted Squats 50 reps.
Weighted Shrugs 50 reps.
Weighted Calf Raises 50 reps.
Tricep Kick Backs 50 reps.

It kind of makes me sad to go over because I think of all the work I had to do just to burn the 1120 calories I burned during the week.

guacamole is a very yummy dip made with avacodos mixed with onions and cilantro and lime and salt & pepper. ()
 
so how do YOU measure a "snidge" lol j/k ...its just weird cuz in culinary school I have learned how much a pinch ect is never heard a measurement for a snidge though lol
 
Oh you have to try it!! Seems to be one ofthose love-it-or-hate-it type things, but I love it!! Quite calorific, but thats coz it has lots of the GOOD fats!!!

I know EXACTLY how you feel!! As you know I went over yesterday only by 103 cals, but it felt so crap!! Not the actual amount but the fact that I was over. I SO wanted 7 days in a row no cheating!!! An now I gotta start counting my 7 days all over again! More than anything I was cross with myself :mad:

Sounds different for you though. i lost control for 10mins, you didn't realise something had so many calories in. It was NOT a case of losing control!! Hey, you did so great this week a tiny thing like 111cals isn't gonna make the SMIDGENEST bit of difference :)
 
Isn't a smidge dependent on how much stuff you're making?

I mean a big, huge pot of chili requires a bigger smidge then say a single size serving. :)

I believe the metric weight of a smidge is directly proportial to one's own measurment of a whole shit load. Once you find that measurement you multipy by .314 and square the total and there you have it...a smidge.

Exactly!! It's really quite simple. :D

lol.. okay let me explain my smidge... I dipped the fork tines into the gauc. and the smeared it on the tortilla.. just for the flavor.. it was a like a tsp. at most.
