Pequin Weight Journal

Well, then I guess I'm wayyyyyy wrong, and I'm in trouble. lol. That's a lot of calories though, its amazing that we're supposed to eat that much.

don't you love spark?! It's a great resource center. But, I like the "comraderie" better here. I think there's more interpersonal connections. Maybe it's just me though.

I've never been too much into yoga... I kind of meet the trend half-way with yogalates though. Have you tried it?! Kicks my behind... you feel it during and after!

I have no idea what you guys are talking about (lol) and I'm too darn tired to go back a page, so I'll catch up tomorrow. Just wanted to say hi, so ..Hi!:p

Well, then I guess I'm wayyyyyy wrong, and I'm in trouble. lol. That's a lot of calories though, its amazing that we're supposed to eat that much.

Well remember that if you've been eating, say 1200 calories a day for a year, your body has gotten used to it. If you did up your calories suddenly to 2200, you would gain weight, because your body would be confused. If you decide to up your calories, you should do it SLOWLY so your body adjusts....

Damn! I came in soo low on the calories again today! I tried so hard too. I had a pretty big snack and rice cakes with lunch and A ton of steamed rice with supper. I gotta start eating a better breakfast!! Thanks Ashley for pointing that out, I noticed that if I have a crap breakfast that my day goes to crap too. :p

Did yoga for the first time and my muscles are still weak from it. I think I like it. :D Think I'm going to do that in the mornings, get everything moving again.

I also learned something from the yoga... that my carpet smells like dogs (and dog pee ) Joy. I guess I'll be shampooing the carpet this weekend.. lol.

Hey peq-aboo!!
Not used to seeing your diary on the second page LOL! ;)

Hope you're havin a gd day.

(My cals are usually around what you had, and that works for me. I don't think I could eat more and still lose substantial weight!! And 1300 is still PLENTY for your body to run on, surely?!?!)

woooo peguin, yoga master. So you moving to Frisco? lol... sorry, being stereotypical.

I think it's great that you found something you liked. I tried yoga once with my ex, I was too self conscious when I found it I was the only guy in the class... and a few of my ex's were participating as well. I couldn't really do my own thing, so I bolted. lol

I'm too hopelessly uncoordinated for yoga.. not to mention that i have absolutely no balance and tend to tip over during certain moves.. :D Glad you like it though... a little soreness is good.. :D

you gonna get all new agey on us now and start doing crystal stuff? ;D

Yoga, I should try that, i'm really not flexible. I can touch my toes but it kills. Theres lots of benifits being flexible if you know what i mean...lol

*fake shocked gasp at Mandy*

Yeah, I got a do-it -at-home yoga dvd- would be too embarrased to go to a class. I cant even touch my toes so Im not very good at all!! I find it quite relaxing, but I don't think I do it quite right coz I often end up with an achey back!!

But you forget - I'm 300+ lb.. My calories need to be a bit higher just because there's more body to have to function.

I've always been super flexible - they hated me in Taekwondo, we'd do your stretches and while they were struggling, I was positivly bored laying my head on the floor in the splits..lol

No crampy healing crystals for me... unless they're rock candy.. mmmmmm sweet healing powers.

So I just weighed in and I am down 3.5lb.. woo to the hoo. Thank ya thank ya! Ok... I'm going to go find some breakfast and do my yoga. :D
