Your recipe sounds yummy, just wondering if
I sub beef for ground turkey, because I hate anything ground beef
the only red meat I eat is steak but ground turkey may work.
Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing recipe I like to try
something new so I don't get bored but my down fall in alot of recipes
I see have certain veggies I don't like which is about 97% of them lol!

Of Course! Just add some extra seasoning and maybe a beef bouillon cube. Thats definitely a cheat day recipe up there. I usually nix the mayo & use the fat free sour cream.
 
Yeah I always use FF sour cream I can turn into a healthy recipie for dinner!

Hey I just saw the before and afters. I had a visiting artist come work with my class today and we were working on using photographs to display personality--I look at your pictures and the first thing I think of is "this person is fun". You really can see a huge difference in the pictures too---looking great. Thanks for all the support in my diary. It means a lot.
 
hey sista, hope all is good....that recipie sounds yummy, but trading beef with ground turkey, well to me....Blech...I'm red meat all the way. but I do use buffalo sometimes and it's really lean and tastes awsome, FF sourcream is the bomb though........... Have a super day STAR

I appreciate that Cannon - I try to be. My niece says I'm "the cool Aunt"... lol.

Had a pretty good day. I went back out shopping again today without the niece, it's just so much easier to grab a pile of clothes and NOT have to worry about her getting bored. I got a new sexy cleavage showing sweater (If you're nice I might post a picture ;) lol.) and after trying on like 800 different things at the store - I have indeed gone down a shirt size!! I was so happy when I had to buy a 22/24. I tried on a suit too - it looked great :eek: but I just couldn't justify spending so much on something that I may not be about to wear next year. (And it really makes me happy to type that :D:D)

And I invested in some new exercise equipment: a can of mace (my cute Canadian jogger in a can) and a couple of pairs of boy short undies. (so no more fishing for the undies while I'm walking - lol)

I must be carrying myself differently. I got a few cat calls for the guys working on a local house during my walk and a wink & a smile from a cutie at the mall. Nice - I think I like it. :p

My calories are soo low today... yikes! I just wasn't hungry.... And I was just jumping Ashley's bum for that. :eek: I will do better tomorrow.

Breakfast: none - overslept again
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Mushroom Pizza, 1 med. apple
Supper: BLT with 1 tsp mayo, 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup, edited to add: apple cider with a shot of whiskey -mmm!
