Thanks everybody for the kind words regarding my pictures - STILL cannot believe I posted them. I had to dig out the old one - had it buried under a stack of stuff. My clothes fit better but I don't see much change looks wise.
And yes I will be investing in a bottle of mace. That was just too freaky for words.
Went shopping with the niece today. Tried on a few clothes, found some jeans that fit really well (the ones in the picture) now I can burn the sad rags that I've been wearing. AND I had to go down a shirt size for the cammie I bought. That was unexpected. Still have some cash left so I may go back out tomorrow and see what else I can find.
Totals came out perfect today, but It felt like I was eating all the time. I'm actually surprised they turned out so well.
Breakfast: 10 mini toasts with cream cheese & jam, mini bananner
Lunch: Noodles & sour fish stock with bok choy & carrots
Snack: crave control yogurt & 1/8c. mixed nuts
Supper: Hamburger Stroganoff with fat free sour cream & green beans

Exercise: Walked the mall with a 16 year old - my legs are still hurting. lol
I think I'm going to start adding some toning exercises to the walking. I've never actually done anything like that - any site suggestions? I've looked at what spark had to offer... is that about average for fitness sites?
