I have man boobs...
I'm around 30pounds overweight, this is after losing 20 pounds. I'm 235 pounds, 6'2, and I'm very broad shouldered, so 30 pounds might be a little off.
My stomach is starting to shrink, making my man boobs more noticeable. I have only been using dumbbells, and my own body weight to work out. I've been doing a lot of butterflys, lifts, curls, push ups and such, but am sure I can be doing more to concetrate on my pecs. I don't have a bench so I can't do several of the exercises that I know.
What suggestions do you have?
