Okay, so I didn't get around to drinking 2 cups of water before bed, hahahaha...but drinking 10 cups of water yesterday helped, i believe!
Today, i'm heading out to campus for a few meetings and work, so I'll pick up a salad from the salad bar. I LOVE my nutritious rich foods with a dab of thousand island dressing, but I think I will pass and get the vinaigrette. But I will be biking all day today, rather than driving my fat ass around (My work is a solid 5 miles away from my house, with the campus being in the midpoint)
I'm SLIGHTLY disappointed be, because when I would diet before, I would lose 10 pounds in 10 days (that's a combo of decrease calorie intake + hardcore cardio 6x/week). Now i'm not doing that extreme cardio, nor am i drastically dropping my calorie intake, well, I have to do something if I want to see high 180s by the time I get on the plane for san diego.
I can finally see the top of my thighs though, I was bloated this whole time, but with increasing water and a somewhat limitation on what foods i eat, it made such a difference!

Total calories: 1100 calories approximately
