Pb's Before and After

i'v been cutting for around 2 months now--wanted to share my results and get advice on what to do from now.

I know i should bulk up. period. i want to put on much more mass. the thing is, i want to put on strength first and let mass follow. anyway, anyone have an estimate on body fat %? i think im around 10%, as my lower obliques still hold a bit.

i might maintain by eatin 2500 cals a day until 12/12 and then start bulking so that my body wont go from cutting to bulking too quickly. then "slow bulk" by adding only 50-100 cals a day over MT.

ripped! Yeah, definitely bulk up, but stay lean. I'd say around 10.. maybe even less. What you're lacking is muscle size, once you get that, you'll look like an animal!
 
thanks, man. i know, it took me a bit of time to actually admit, but im thin!
thats why im looking into WSFSB lol..im definetly doing that and puttin on some serious strength!
 
holy **** u ripped as hell. Thats where I wanna be damnit. U motivate me. Been going strong on my cut.

Holidays gonna suck...........I'm gonna miss out but I told buddies here I wasn't eating junk till I was ripped so thats the plan.

Good job so far man. You got some great dedication and dis-a-plin.

basically 3 full body workouts a week, strengt based.

as for diet, i tracked my calories, ate 500 calories under my maintenance, and ate macros close to 45% protein, 40% fat, 15% carbs. very high in vegetables, very clean too.

Hey PB, didn't see this until now. Awesome progress. Abs look fantastic man, and the back definition improved a lot as well. You made an awesome cut, i'm jealous skinny boy ;). Keep it up and get to packing on that muscle kid.

I think you are alot less then 10%

I got down to 10% percent before and I was ripped but nothing like that
I guess it may matter on 10% of what though
