Didn't eat the best for dinner cuz Josh and I went out (man I need to grow some willpower when it comes to going out!). Anyway, I'm not going to let that discourage me... I'll be up bright and early working out (as will NewLeaf I'm sure
Workout wise, I did my morning cardio (25 minutes) and my weight training, and took over 10,000 steps (should have been 10,500). And honestly, I have found in the past that (for me) making sure my workouts are consistant has more of an effect on my weight loss than my diet does so... as long as the scale keeps moving, I won't sweat the cheats too much. I can always tune up my diet a little later if I need to. So for now, everthing I eat in moderation and no missing the workouts!
