Hi All
Started out training 6 months ago after 10 years rest
just worried if im over training but i would find it hard to stop now anyway
mon & thur is chest & arms
tues & fri is back & shoulders
wed & sat is abs & legs
Each workout lasts about an hour
i also fit about 3 hours cardio in a week (cross trainer & rowing)
kayaking 2 hours a week plus cycling where i can
muscle mass is inceasing which i want to continue (surpised at forty)
any advice would be grateful
