Got a programme just now with a lot more cardio in it. Also instead of doing my usual 4 sets of 8 reps Iam doing 2 sets. My first set is to 12 reps and my second set is to failure.
 
Is that really your before pic? If so, you definitely have a head start over a lot of people. All you need is some cutting and you're good to go. You have a very nice shape, and good amount of bulk.

Iam 7ft 3" :eek:

No only joking. Must just be the way the picture was taken. Iam 6ft 1" :D
 
good starting point, if i was you i would cut for about a month then have a long slow bulk. oh and dont work to failure it will only lead to injury

What would you suggest I do then (rep/set wise)?

It was my gym instructor that wrote my routine for me.
 
not hating or anything but you need to start cutting and badly..now you are just meat. and a lot of useless fat.

lol I woulda thought that if he had love handles or something. bro your workin off a good frame. I would say cut to get some definition.. whats you achieved that.. go for some more bulk and repeat.
