Hey all
I just thought that perhaps it was finally time to share some before and after pics... I hadn't seen the before's in awhile, and in seeing them it's made me very proud of where I'm at now.

Hope this gives you an idea of my progress. To date I've lost almost 40lbs, put on a fair amount of muscle, and I've lost over 20 or so inches off my body
I still got some areas that need some work, my stomach is probably my biggest trouble spot... I would like to keep doing what I'm doing and hopefully lose another 20lbs or so.

That was actually the first time I had ever really let my facial hair grow out, and I liked it, so I kept it for awhile
