Hey all :)

I just thought that perhaps it was finally time to share some before and after pics... I hadn't seen the before's in awhile, and in seeing them it's made me very proud of where I'm at now.

Hope this gives you an idea of my progress. To date I've lost almost 40lbs, put on a fair amount of muscle, and I've lost over 20 or so inches off my body:D

I still got some areas that need some work, my stomach is probably my biggest trouble spot... I would like to keep doing what I'm doing and hopefully lose another 20lbs or so.

Thanks everyone,
-Sam

Fantastic progress so far... congrats and keep it up! Interested to see how things turn out.

Thanks again everybody :) I'm excited to see what I can get done as far as weight loss this summer. I'm not going to have my trainer anymore though, so now it's really all up to me. I'm very optimisitic and I'm ready to be on my own and take what I've learned from him... Thanks for the cute compliment Mal :blush5: That was actually the first time I had ever really let my facial hair grow out, and I liked it, so I kept it for awhile:coolgleamA:

Sam, you have made amazing progress. You can definitely see more definition in your shoulders, back, arms, calves, lats, your face is thinner, your pecs are showing. ... You also look a little cockier in the now (inbetween) set of photos too.

Keep up the great work! I know you'll be able to keep it up even without your trainer because of all you have learned. Who knows.. maybe some day I'll be able to join you here in the photo progress board. =)

P.S. Thanks so much for pointing me to your pics! I definitely wouldn't have wanted to miss these!

Well one! Huge difference all over but, I really noticed your mid section, you have made some wonderful changes.

Congratulations.

Amazing job so far. I am about to lose my trainer as well, 2 more weeks until I'm "on my own" lol.. we can do it though!

Great job, sam! We started out at about the same weight. I don't have any before of me without a shirt on but I remember myself from back then. It's so interesting to me to see how differently people carried their weight. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Luscious and NolaRob. It is definitely interesting to see how everyone carries their weight. For me I think it's the fact I've always had a gut and some killer love handles, lol... Thanks for the compliments :)
