Oh The Hunger

This seems to be hunger week. And I'm so hungry & can't describe the feeling. But I do know, you all know what it is like when you first start a diet. So all I have to do is suffer from 3 to 10 days then its all in my head after that. Hard to believe but I feel like my pants fit better today. Maybe its in my head. I did not eat good today because I had to few calories (1,200). I should have 1,500 - 2,000. I won't eat after dinner so I will be suffering the rest of the night. I'll plan better tomorrow.

Hunger Is A Theme This Week

Thanks for the welcome back.

Yes I'm still dying of hunger. Every muscle in my body hurts from my walking / running. Yet it has been a good day because I'm on track. And the things like hunger & muscle soreness will be over in just a few more days. When I walked this morning it was 15 degrees. That is cold for here.

It was a good day, I was not as hungry as I have been. I ate very good today. Walked / Ran 5 miles.

No Hunger

I was really really bad today thats why I was not hungry. I will guess I will gain 3 Lbs. in the Morning. We'll see. Tomorrow I'll do better. I hate to exercise at night, but bed feels so good when its 20 degrees in the morning. But then evening comes and I really do not want to go exercise. Oh well, I guess I liked being warm more this morning.

My weight was the same today. Did good on my eating. I put up Christmas lights all day, & when I got done I was not going to exercise. I was steeping into the shower & changed my mind & went for my walk. It was not fun. But I did commit to myself last Monday that I was going to walk every day until Dec. 31. Except one day when I will be traveling for 14 - 16 hours.

Well I have not been eating well. So I have not been weighing myself. So I will weight tomorrow no mater how it hurts. I did do 4 miles yesterday in 58 min. Today I did 2 miles in 38 mins. I've walked 10 days in a row. I finally have my Christmas Lights up. I don't even want to think how many hours it took. If I put up this many lights next year I'm going to hire someone to do it. I can't afford the time it takes. Also I have one set of lights that keep breaking a circuit. I'll figure it out tomorrow.

I did weight myself not as bad as I thought 251 Lbs. I ate a little better today. Did my walk only 2 miles. I also got all of my Christmas Lights working.

Lost 1 Lb. & did my run / walk 4 miles 59:23. Very nice day. I have to go play bingo tonight. Yuck. I'm to young & it's to boring.

Troutman! Its good that you came back...Im still not back, but I'm going to try to start posting again... don't have much time right now though. I'm in the same boat as you... went way off track. I bounced up to 255 too. I'm doing residency interviews and my suit that was too big for me at the beginning of the summer is too small, so I had to buy another suit. That inspired me to get back on track a couple weeks ago. I'm back down to about 240 but of course have a very challenging few weeks coming up. Anyway, I saw in an forum update e-mail that you were back so I thought I might as well come back too since I'm trying to get back on track and all. Besides, I have to come back if your back! LOL I love bingo hahaha I'm an old lady trapped in a 20 year old person.

HEy chip, great to see yah. I hadn't been posting very much now and I'm trying to get back on track again too.
