I don't think you're alone - I'm sure there are people who do the same thing.

That's one reason this site is so motivating for so many, the act of writing seems to hold us accountable and it's easier to stay on track.

I remember you saying something about lifting weights again...are you doing any now? Keep it up! You will reach your goal.
 
bgdave4, I am not lifting right now. I will start soon, I'd say within a month. I had started but quit. I don't remember when I started or when I quit, or why.

Had a great day had about 1,500 calories & did my 4 mile run. Was not even hungrey. Did my 4 mile run, walked about 1/2 mile of it. It was hotter than I thought & I did not take my water. When I got home it was 90 degrees.

Had a good day. Stayed within my calorie range. Did not start out good, I had a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. So I had to make up for it at lunch & dinner. Ran 5.5 miles. It is the first cool day I had running since summer started it was around 70 degrees. But here it the high desert you can't have everything the wind was blowing at 20 - 30 MPH.


5.5 miles / 1:10:01 / 5:45 PM / NICE & COOL (70) BUT WINDY 20 - 30 MPH

Hate To Say I'm Back!

Well I'm back. And I don't want to be back. I have not posted because I don't have the time. But I have been doing so bad. So I guess if this is the way I will keep up eating right I will have to be on this site. I do like this site it just takes a lot of time.

So what have I been up to? Eating. I am up to 255.50 Lbs. today. I don't know what I weighed when I quit posting. I did not eat good today. Tomorrow will be a brand new day. I'll find out what it feels like to eat right again.

Oh I'm Hungry

I did pretty good today the only thing I ate bad is I had a foot long roast beef instead of a six inch. So for the first day back I did pretty good. I'm so hungry tonight. I'm so hungry I know if I had a snack it would only make me more hungry. So I will suffer tonight. I did my 4 mile walk this morning. I can't Wait until I'm running again. It will most likely take 3 to 4 weeks until I can run. All in all a good day.
