Wow what a great diary very inspiring. I just found it for the first time and I am really glad I did. You have done so well and come so far I am sure you will get to your goal. My starting weight is 304 and while reading everyones diary is encouraging its always great to come across someone who has been there and has lost a great deal of weight. It shows me it can be done. It really has spured me on as I was feeling a bit down. I love your 2wk diet idea and am going to give it a try. Lol starting with chocolate, its a big one for me but one I know will make a big difference. I also love how you list all the things you love about losing weight, reminds me of why I want to lose the weight. Well done for all your weight loss and good luck for the rest of it.
