One More Time...

Oh goody goody for me! I hit 220!

(and yes, that rhymes! :p)

Now I'm just one lousy pound away from 40lbs! ONE MORE TO GO!!!



Went running again with my brother. And I have to say that I did much better this time. Ran pretty much the whole time, including more than halfway up that bitch of a hill. I'm hoping by next week that I can run the whole thing without stopping, including the hill. That's my mini goal.

40 pounds is huge. That's so great!

How long are your runs? Hills kill me too, but the more you work at the the easier they become.

Right now the loop my brother and I do is about 2 miles. The longer loop is about 3.5. So far I'm just doing the short one.



Ok, just a quick stop in. About to go running again with my brother. It's nice because then I have an obligation to get up and go, so I'm not giving myself excuse after excuse. I'm hoping that this time we'll be able to keep up our schedule of three times a week.

I promise I'll get to everyone's journals! I've just been super busy, so don't have much time on the computer.
 
I wonder how many times we are allowed to fall off of that metaphorical wagon? Because if there is a limit, I bet I exceeded it quite a long time ago.

At least this time it wasn't too bad. I'm up 5lbs again. BUT I know that if I can get back on track, at least 3 of those are water weight from all the salty crap I've been eating. Seriously, you'd think I'd have learned by now how to behave myself. But alas, I've been bad.

However, the sun has been shining here, and its put in the mood of spring cleaning. I've done a lot of cleaning up recently, and it has put me in the mood to get myself cleaned up. So I ate a healthy breakfast, and now I'm on my way outside to do some pre-spring gardening. I am hoping that I will be back on track now. ;)
 
Good job on getting back on track! Life just sometimes gets really off track and we let things slip :) Even the healthiest people I know today spent years going back and forth. You just gained 5 pounds back so I am sure it will come off quickly :)

Good Luck! Spring is such a nice time to walk too!! .. I guess depending on where you are lol.
