One armed Dumbbell Bench press then the other?

I wouldnt do it. Unilateral work is good but with something like that you couldnt use a good ammount of weight. Thats just my opinion.
 
1 arm db bench will be beneficial due to recruiting more muscle fibers and hitting the stabilizers harder than bilateral benching. Also, if benching by yourself, you can use the other hand to go beyond failure if you're into that sort of thing.

As Arnold would say "3 more reps no matta' what." ;)
 
It's even more challenging for DB incline bench presses. You definitely have to use a lot less weight, but it is pretty tough.
