Can you do this? Or is it a stupid way to work out.

E evolution 2 Feb 10, 2007 #3 1 arm db bench will be beneficial due to recruiting more muscle fibers and hitting the stabilizers harder than bilateral benching. Also, if benching by yourself, you can use the other hand to go beyond failure if you're into that sort of thing. As Arnold would say "3 more reps no matta' what."
