On The Road To Regain Control

Hilo! :D I know what it's like cramming a paper in at the last minute...(i typed my in my second period class on the day it was due! ) :D
 
Lol! OMG I did too. I went into class and I was like "I have got to type this reflective piece!"

Anyways. Didn't lose any weight again this week. Grrrrrrr.

I don't get whats going on.
 
I made a calorie intake chart on the computer and printed it off. I hung it on my fridge so whenever I eat something, I can record it right then and there. That's workin out a bit better for me, because it's not like I can carry the computer around with me all day, like I could this if need be. :rolleyes:

So far I've had a bout 90 calories today.

O yea!!! I got Tyler to start dieting with me! I'm so happy!!!!!!!!

OooOOooOOoo and also, I picked up the most darling little guinea pig last night. His name is Chaucer.... We've got way to many animals but I just couldn't help it. He's gorgeous.

Okay. So this has definetly come as a shock to me.
Over the last week or so instead of having a problem with eating to much, I'm now eating to little.

I've been averaging anywhere from about 670-900 calories a night. Seems like I can't lose any weight if I eat more than that though.

God. I don't know what I need to do.

I haven't been on in forever. I've been really boggled down lately. I finally got my portfolio "finished" though, so you should start to see a bit more of me again.

Anyways. I have big news!

I have officially broken the plateau!

I have still been so busy lately, I'm lucky I've had the time to even turn around.

Sorry I haven't made it by anyone's diary for awhile. Hopefully I'll have a chance to sometime this week.
 
Okay.

So I've been really sick lately. I've got the sorest throat ever.

Whatever diet I was on has gone completely out the door within the last week.:(

Stepped on the scale yesterday out of curiosity... Right back up to 150.

God.
 
That's all right. I got sick once too... it sucked at how much crap I ate to soothe my sore throat. (mostly it was ice cream and pop. The ice cream to ice and numb it, and the pop to score away the crap on the inside of my throat... (which doesn't work)

Though, I suggest trying to find a product called "throat coat tea" it's a nasty tasting herbal tea, but it works wonders at getting your thoat back into working condition. (my other singer friend TJ pointed me in it's direction a while ago)

Somtimes I get really ticked off at myself. It's like I think eating alot is going to make me happy, when it really only makes me feel miserable. So why do I do it? Just because.

Getting this friggan weight off and not gaining it back is what would truly make me happy. Why can't I see the better of the two?
