like newbride said, I usually do the same...gum kills my hunger, or my mental hunger lol, every time...so does brushing my teeth. :D
 
Yep, put me down on the teethbrushing and sugarless gum therapy list too. It works for me also. I drink coffee to stave off hunger too.
 
Wow. I'm really going to have to try this gum chewing, teeth brushing, method.:D

Breakfast: Toast...2 pieces.

Lunch: 1 cereal bar. 1 carton of milk.

Walked for about twenty mintues. (just wasn't feelin it today)

I've been loaded down with English assignments again tonight. We're reading Macbeth, The Pact, and tryin to work on portfolios all at the same time. It's like I've died and gone to a hell full of grammer packets and shakespeare. :rolleyes:

I can't wait until the semesters over.

On the filp side, I got a 22 on my ACT, so that's pretty dern good, for the first time taking it. I'm shooting for a 25, next time. I also need to start applying for some scholarships....and I need to find a job.... OMG:eek: . Senior year's a beast.
 
Good job on the ACT :D That darn test gave me so much anxiety!
I can relate with senior year being a beast! Mine was horrific...I felt like I spent every waking minute doing homework, worrying about college stuff and working...but hey...it'll all be over soon just don't try to rush it. Just take it one day at a time and try to have a little fun ;) Sometimes I wish I were in high school again :rolleyes: lol
Where are you thinking about going to college?

Lunch: Turkey on wheat.

I'm doin fairly well. I ended up checking out of school today because I needed some extra time to finish up some English work. I'm hoping the stress will begin to subside shortly. It's really been getting the best of me lately. :eek:

Yeah I know what you mean, I didn't want to leave the state....just go far enough away that my parents can't make a surprise visit or anything ;) lol
 
OMG Saltine Crackers are soo good especially when you're in the mood for salt. I have ate a whole pack of those things before... ugh..

Just move on from it, and workout as hard as you can. :)
 
Well I totally hope you enjoyed those crackers!! LOL Almost made me want them too. But I resised. So go on , once in a while it won't hurt too bad if you workout afterwards.
 
Lol. I do indeed think they were some of the best tasting crackers I've ever had. I didn't really mean to eat all of them. I sat down at the computer and just kept eating another, and another, and before I knew it I reached into the package and they were all gone. :eek:
 
My weigh in's tomorrow. I'm excited. I hope I'll at least be under 150... I mean that's only one pound away. I'm pretty confident I've shed at least a pound this week.

I'm excited to see if my dad has lost any weight. I hope he's lost a bit so he doesn't get discouraged. Ah, well. We shall see.

If you are looking for scholarships and such, I'd check out It's a great website that emails you about new scholarships that are available. It's a very good website.

oh, and i'm looking for a job too...I think i'll end up bagging groceries at Safeway...*rolls eyes* What fun...lol

I didn't lose any weight this week:( It makes a me a bit sad. I'm just going to have try harder next week I suppose. I think I can do it. All the stress this week just got me a little side tracked. I'm sure my cracker rampage, and pizza gorge didn't help. :rolleyes:

and anytime you feel like you're getting stressed go work out somehow, it always helps ;)

I went out and bought three new shirts today. Nothing I have in my closet seems to fit anymore... I guess that would make sense though... since I've lost thirty pounds.:rolleyes: I guess I really can't complain.
 
Don't you love that feeling? I recently put on a shirt that I bought 33lbs ago. um, because it doesn't hug my curves, it makes me look like I'm wearing a box underneath my shirt! :D I hope you had fun shopping!

I totally bombed yesterday. I think I was kind of discouraged over not losing any weight. Ah well. I've definetly redeemed myself today (so far). I need to exercise but it's so cold out and I'm not really wanting to use the workout DVDs and tapes. Looks like I might have to though.

Argh, my black lab just peed in the floor. I don't think he's ever gonna grasp the concept of potty training.
