Lol. I have to admit, I've developed a rather strange obsession with my ramon noodles over the past few years...:rolleyes: What can I say? Teehee! They are so yummy, and tastyful and I just want to eat them all the time for every meal.

Honestly... I'm just going to stop buying them, because no matter what they're not healthy for me in the least, so there's no need for any further temptation.

I'm feelin a little on the crap side right now. I don't know why I ate the way I did today... It was so random. The strange thing about it is... I don't really feel like I lost control...I feel like I just simply chose not to eat correctly for some odd reason:confused: . Something else had to have been triggering it.

I hate when I do this because no matter what the scale says I feel just as fat as I was when I started at big 180lbs. That's one feeling I could do without ever having to experience again. Shoo... I wouldn't wish fat on no one.

We've all been there. I saw Mal tell someone on here about those things so I tossed mine out, like 9 packs but I hadn't eaten any since March anyway.

I use to chuck the packets away and add jar pizza sauce to mine - weird but tasty.

So here we go:

I'm awake. I haven't had any breakfast yet, and I'm not really sure what I'm going to have either. Hmmmm...

I must make myself walk today. It's been pretty warm out this weekend and I need to go ahead and take advantage of that while I can. I'd like to lose about three pounds this week. I'm thinking that's pretty reasonable. I'm going to have to work really hard though, but that's a given.
 
Breakfast: Two moldy pieces of toast.... I started to eat them before I realized they were moldy.:eek: My stomach hurts.

My mom just did something that made me really mad. She knows I'm tryin to lose weight... and she knows I weigh 150lbs and have lost a total of thirty. I thought she knew I had twenty more to go and didn't intend to not reach my goal of 130. On my cap and gown order form for graduation it asks how much you weigh, so they'll know how big to make your gown.... She put my weight as 155lbs.... I don't even weigh that much now.... That thing would fit me like a tent by the time May rolls around... I'm sorry, I mean I understand that people do sometimes screw up with dieting and stuff... Been there done that....But good grief. By May, if not before, my body should pretty much be how I want it. Fitting into my gown, would even give me a little extra motivation. I ended up putting my weight as 145... I suppose that's better.

thanks for calling in to my diary. lolDont think of it as mould, think of it as...green goodness. Its a difficuly situation with the gown, but it may end up being a tad roomy, can you not get them to alter it nearer the time or something if you do lose the weight (which i know you will).

Yeah... I've been thinking about it, and I should be be able to get it altered if need be when the time comes.
 
I tend to blow it on the weekends....

I think it's because we're all home and my mom cooks heavy for every meal.

I just had two bowls of some homemade potato soup, two hotdogs, and I little bit of an apple turnover.

I think I shall send myself to bed without supper tonight, for punishment and calorie salvage.

Weekends are hard, it totally sucks sometimes. Just gotta try treating the weekend like any other day and keep weight loss in perspective.

i usually end up blowing it on the weekendss too. I think its because on weekdays you have a routine, and structure, on the weekend you can get up at differant times, and theres nothing to do at some points, so i usually turn to food. But have been good this weekend, apart from some crackers, i think its mainly because ive been studying, so ive had something to do. I tried chewing gum, but it just made my jaws ache, and made me even hungrier.

Yeah, the weekends are a dieters worst nightmare in my house. My family tends to eat out more commonly on the weekends, snack, etc, etc. I just have to run upstairs and gnaw my carrot sticks, when this happens. Lol.

Ok so anyways I talked my dad into joining the site. It's really quite funny because he's absolutely convinced the forum will do no good for him. When I started setting up his diary... he seemed to become more interested though. His screename is Wildcat, so if you guys wouldn't mind, give him a warm welcome if you see him around.

Weekends are the worst for me too... I have had two pickles today to resist the urge!!..

Potato soup sounds sooo yummy.

It looks like your weight loss is going well! Keep up the good work. A splurge every now and again doesnt ruin you forever!
