I didn't end up doing the trampoline park but I'm glad I now know that there is one so close... and they offer fitness classes! So I think I'll check that out next week. I'm sure it will be painful I am in bad shape right now. Really need to improve my cardio I'm doing a 10k at the end of April.
Food for Yesterday... started out great but then ended having a late night junk binge

. Woke up this morning and felt so dissappointed and frustrated at my weak willpower.
1 - egg white omelette with low fat ched chz & smoothie with spinach, 1/3 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup peach/mango/pineapple mix, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
2 - oven roast chicken breast made with some EVOO and spices, 1/2 whole wheat bun, mustard, dijon mustard, tomato, onion
2 - home-made baked mushroom caps - used my mom's recipe but swapped some things out to make it a lighter. First time making these and they turned out great!
3 - fast food fries with ketchup and chicken strips with plum and ranch sauce, Mr. Noodle Bowl
Today I waaay over slept and woke up at the time I was supposed to be starting work. Booked it to work to make it in half an hour. It was super busy so I didn't have a chance to eat anything tilll I got home around 8:45 PM.
I had a subway 6-inch sweet teri chicken on italian herbs and cheese. Lots of protein, but also a little steep in fat and carbs. Should've chose whole wheat bread and nixed the cheese, I just love cheese. And that bread and I almost always do whole wheat figured I could probably a few extra cals as it was my only meal for the day.
