I'm having problems in the couple of hours before I go to bed as I start to get cravings. I try and ward them off by eating something healthy and then something else healthy and then end up eating what I wanted to start with so I may just as well have eaten it straight away. I just read on another thread about not eating after a certain time. I think I will try that and not eat after 9 oclock or even 8.30 and see if I can break the habit.
