Yesterday I went to exercise with my husband down at the sea. It was quite rough( for the Mediterranean) and we swam out to some bouys about 100m out did some exercises there and then swam back. We repeated this several times and it was tougher than going to the gym. Normally the sea is so calm that it's easy but yesterday was much more difficult and I feel quite achey today.
I didn't do too well with my eating yesterday either as there were too many left overs from the BBQ the day before. I am really going to have to make sure that when we have visitors they take all the leftovers home or that I put them straight into the bin.
I've got family from England arriving on Friday for 10 days so it is going to be tough to eat well again.
The summer is coming to an end now which makes me sad in some ways as I love the summer but I will be happy to be able to exercise more outdoors and to have my sister and our best friend back to be able to exercise with them. I don't get to see much of them as they work such long hours in the summer but my sister has 4 months off in the winter and my friend has 6 months off so I get to see them most days

My sister has been going to the gym regularly but my friend has not only not had time to exercise but has put on all the weight that she lost at the beginning of the year. I told her that I am running a boot camp in my house this winter to get her back into shape as she is so upset about ruining all last winter's efforts

I really need to get my eating back on track. I'm doing ok for maintanence but I need to lose the last few lbs.
