OMG!!! January to NOW!!

wow 40 pounds. Looks like most of that 40 pounds went to lean muscle. Good job man.

man ive been working out since jan and im no where near what u were in the beginning! well i do admit my diet is crap :p and i take no supplements or protein shake, but i have put on 14kg which is about 30.8 lb
 
thanks everyone for the congrats, i cant believe my thred got so many hits lol.. :) i've been cutting for a while and i go on a schdule every day my friends say im crazy but w/e loll...


7:00 -get up / eat banana and OJ
7:40 -Run for like 30 minutes
7:10 -eat breakfast
8:30 -play trumpet for 1hr
9:30 -rest break
11:00 -preworkout meal
12:00 -workout/boxing
2:00 -lay in the sun lol

3:00 - 7:00 - rest
7:00 - trumpet for 1hr
8:00 shower lol

i've did all this for one day and im doing it again today.. :D
 
IM SO JELOUS! how did u make that much progress!? i would really appreciate if you could post your beginning workout routine.

im 15 like you(you'r scary): )

Egotistical trumpet players ;) lol I've been a marching drummer for a good awhile, trumpets are the only ones on the field who give us a run for the 'most concieted' category. You doing marching band?

Anyway, awesome progress. I agree with the above - It'd be great to get an idea of where you started! I'm sure it would be a great help to all of us just setting out into our rebuilds.
