THANKS EVERYONE! It's so great for me to see the changes in my own body when I compared the photos. What a difference working out and eating healthy makes!
I wanted to add more variety to my workout routine so I'm doing
COUCH TO 5K now! It only requires 3 workouts a week, so I'll do it every other day between my normal cardio routine. I'm pretty excited to be able to run 5K. It sounds like such a nice long distance. I know 5K isn't very far but I'm not a runner. I hate it. I'd rather do laundry - and I HATE laundry.

Anyway I think it'll be good for my body to get some variation in workout in too so that it doesn't start to plateau.
I gotta kick my body before it kicks me!

I'm going over to my dad's side of the family tomorrow most likely for the SUPERBOWL! I'm not super into watching football but it'll be fun! My coworkers and I placed money on some squares and placed bets. I'm not sure how it works exactly but I hope I win! Haha. I'm also looking forward to seeing my family! My dad's side hasn't seen me in a few months since I left for school in the Fall. Hope they notice the difference! WOO. I'm done with being the butt of fat jokes!
Workout today: Got in 30 minutes of C25k and 30 minutes of strength training.
Food intake is good! Still haven't decided what to eat for dinner. What do YOU GUYS normally eat? I'm tired of salads. I'm tired of grilled chicken with broccoli!
