It's a conspiracy I tell you!!!
Oiay I switched wheels out on my raod bike last week because I broke the valve on my rear tire. It was quicker to switch to my spare set then fix the tire. So, spare set out of commission, rigt?
Had a flat over the weekend on the good set, flatted the second tube, and haven't been able to get to the bike shop yet.
So I used my newer mountain bike. Had a nice ride Monday through the woods. Went to get on it today, back wheel is out of true because I snapped a spoke.
One last chance, grabbed my old mountain bike out of the shed, pumped up the tires.. never mind, the back one has a hole in it...
So, final tally, 3 bicycles, and a total of 4 sets of wheels, and not one complete running bike between them.
Guess I'll be doing some maintenance this week.
So I walked for an hour to make up for my lack of cycling. This is a good thing too! We had cheeseburgers for dinner

you know, homemade on the grill cheeseburgers, with potato salad...
I'm over my calories for the day

I will not get my bonus points this week in the challenge I'm in.
Based upon my daily plate, I'm still in a deficit, but I wen't over my self enforced limits with today. The net is I shouldn't have done any real damage, but I'm not entirely happy with my control.
3461 cal, 131g fat, 435g carbs, 143g protein. Daily plate has me as burning just shy of 1000 cal between my hour of walking and my 30 minutes of working out. I'm okay and didn't lose control completely, but I'm not entirely happy with it.
