Okay...3rd times a charm, right?

Man lunges and squats kill your legs and butt. I have to do them tonite and I am not really looking forward to it. I like what they do for me, lol. It's just doing them that is the pain. Then getting on the treadmill and running right after is a huge pain too. Whenever I do cardio after I work out my legs I feel like I am dragging 2 long lead pipes along with me. I'm surprised I haven't biffed it on the treadmill yet, lol.

Have a good day at work :)

Work was alright, Sam. It thunderstormed so I got a nice 40 minute break! :)

I think I may do lunges tonight, although I am pretty sore from yesterday.

For breakfast I had 2 packets of oatmeal, and lunch I had a yogurt, a bag of Honey Bunches of Oats, and 1 bag of BBQ chips. Then for dinner I had chicken and rice and some carrots. Nothing too exciting.

Alright, today has been good. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and for lunch a had dry cereal, a Kudos bar, and one chicken tender. Dinner, however scares me! I'm going to the Spaghetti Warehouse, and I loooove to eat when I go there. AHHH! I think what I am going to do is cut the portions in half (literally) and eat one half and take the other half home!

Yeah I would do that as well, restaurant portions are always massive...and I could totally eat everything so putting half away definitely helps.

Then that settles it! Half of everything and loooooots of water. I want to enjoy it though because it is my boyfriend's treat to me after going a whole week without being able to hang out because he's been working 13 hour days all week. I'm going to semi dress up, and I never ever do that. I would choose shorts and a t-shirt over a skirt any day!

Woow, so last night could be described as bad. I had much bread with garlic butter, a couple of bites of a salad, half of my lasagna, then like 7 little oatmeal and raison cookies. AHH! I thought for sure I was going to go 2 pounds backwards, but when I weighed in this morning I was like almost exactly as I've been for like 4 days. Am I excited? To say the least...

So I just had 4 oatmeal cookies for breakfast, and I am not sure how many calories are in each, so I am just going to say about 350 total. Not exactly healthy.

Here's the deal with the cookies....Eric's mom makes the best frickin oatmeal raisin cookies ever, and she gave me a whole huge zip lock bag for my family. Eric's mom is probably the most damaging to my diet because she thinks I'm a "twig," already.

Go to mapmyrun.com and you should be able to track it! Good for you for getting out and running so much. You know I always wished I could play soccer, it must be the best workout in the world. I went to school in Michigan though, soccer wasn't an available sport. You had a small indulgence, so whatever, it's good to have them occasionally! ;) And to refuse homemade oatmeal cookies? Impossible. I'm sure you're right back to the eating plan today.

Something miraculous happened, today...

After my lunch, which consisted of half of a bowl of cereal and 2 oatmeal cookies (damn those cookies!), I went upstairs, and got on the scale. As of 1 hour ago, I weigh 127.5 pounds.

soo from June 18th to June 30th I have lost 7.5 pounds!

There are, however, some darkening clouds in the forecast. I leave to go to Hilton Head, South Carolina on the 5th. This could mean 1 of 2 things. 1) I won't have enough time to snack or I wont think to snack, and we cook our own meals almost every day so I will be fine. or 2) I will snack all the time just because food is readily available, and then have our meals on top of that. I pray for #1, but I dread that #2 will creep up and take over. Ugh...but no matter what, I am going to try to get some exercise in. This could be tennis, riding bikes, or getting up early to run on the beach, but it's going to happen.

Congrats on the loss! Fantastic! Avoid the snacks...I wish snacks were never a part of our culture at all. Snacks suck, crazy calories.

Woooow...long day.

I just got home from Eric's grandma's farm, and I am exhausted. This is what my day consisted of...

1)Walk a little bit around the property...
2)Eat dinner at like 1 (old people are weird)
3)Walk around a little bit more
4)Ride 4 wheelers for like an hour
5)4 wheelers stalls, and I cannot get the dang thing to start back up. It's like starting a lawn mower, and I was TIRED after trying 1,000 times.
6)Play volleyball with bf's family for like 45 minutes

and I just got home. I'm disgusting and taking a shower. Then, I am going to lay in my nice comfortable bed and read Wickeduntil my eyes just won't stay open. That is honestly my ideal night! Well, actually, I think being curled up next to my boyfriend would make it even better, but that's somewhat unrealistic.

Here are some pictures from today and yesterday!
