Last fruit and veggie for the day

For dinner I had a chicken ranch wrap from sonic..it had lettuce and tomatoes. And for snack I had some peaches...so that is 6 fruits and veggies today.....yeah....go me....:cool:
 
My son lost my pedometer! I got some walking in, took the kids to the park. Had a healthy dinner, lots of veggies. I'm off to Canada tomorrow afternoon, returning Saturday.

hey guys... i got to pull out of this one too. I cant get to a pair of scales any time soon and i got so much work on at the moment that i cant be worrying about a challenge. :( Sorry! Hope that this is alright.

grrr no points for me yet... I didn't do much exercising yesterday to warrant any points, and I didn't get 5 fruits and veggies... I think it was more like 4. Gotta try harder, my fridge is stocked with these things. :/

Sara that's awesome that you have a pedometer... where will you be travelling in Canada? I see you're from Ontario too :) Me too I grew up in Ottawa until I was 7.
Sorry to hear that JellyBelly and Pinky.. I totally understand.. unfortunately I think I'm going to have to pull myself aswell because I have to focus on other things right now in my life - but I'm rootin' for everybody!!! :D
Astigmatistic - make them your snacks! Or throw a bunch into a smoothie with some low-fat milk... we'll do another veggie challenge soon so get practisin'!
I wonder how Amunet and ImaFatass did... no word? Hmmm... :)
Keep up the awesome work guys... you've all got lots of time to get workin' and the exercise - it doesn't have to be anything too strenuous.. ofcourse evberybody's body is different so if you got in 3 of anything let me know.

Well I am down 2 lbs so far! And I was bad this week. I ate mcdonalds once because I was too lazy to goto the grocery store, and I had a big piece of lasanga and 2 breakfast burritos. But now I have a couple days off work, I zer0ed out my cash, and all I have in the fridge is veggies, yogurt, salmon and chicken. So until wednesday I'll be on about 500-1,000 cals for these days. That should be good for another lb right there!
 
Well I'm with you FatAss.. And I weigh'd meself this morning - 3 pounds! I am at 147 and I started at???? I forget haha I think it was 3... anyways - how is everyone else? Come on! I hope we're all keeping motivated, I think we need another daily challenge.. ImaFatass - help me out! Cheers!

I have just been busy with school and all that, I forgot to post here. Sorry. I haven't weighed myself in a few days, so I don't know where I am, but I pray it is going down and not the other way around. Talk with ya all soon.

sorry!! I have been dealing with trying to get ei to help with school, as i was layed off... they will 65% woot!! so I am here!! sorry :)

But since last weigh in I have lost 1 whole pound LOL!! AND... I have gone for 30 mins walk 5 times since last Tuesday... and used my eliptical for a total of 30 mins! I can't go longer than 10 mins yet... but better than the barely made it to 2 mins!! ;)

I am still here... just ironing out details in my life!

I'm at 3 lbs too liz! 245 now from 248. 5 days to go, we'll see if I can at least hit 244.
 
well its good to hear you guys are still doing great then.. I guess as long as you're still keepin' it up that's awesome :) I think I'll try and shoot for 145. Plus I told myself I get to go shopping when I hit that weight :D heee heee I totally didn't think it would happen so fast! Yipeeeeeeeee
 
next tuesday is the final weigh in??? Wow.. I hope to at least lose 2 lbs this week!
