I'm no longer cutting. I bumped my calories up to 4000 a couple weeks ago. For while I was maintaining, so I was fine to stay there. This week I'm up a couple pounds. If I continue to gain, I'll stick with it and maybe get up to 195 or so as long as I don't gain too much abdominal fat. Then I'll cut down and repeat the process. I don't like old school bulks because that's how I balooned up in the first place
