you hae severe postural problems which need to be addressed before anything else...search "No More Neanderthal" by Mike Robertson and Eric Cressey and read all of it...i'm currently doing it now and is excellent
 
4 months in and you can really see the difference man, your beer belly's gone, your manboobs have been replaced by Pec's. Great job keep it up! :)

Been working on the posture....took those pics and realized it as well. I will look into the books, but been doing exercise as well. try ti sit correctly as much as possible.
 
Wow big difference!! Great job on working on the posture, and losing the beer gut. Much improved :D Looking good, you should be very proud of the changes you have made :)

Thanks all, I agree I believe I am doing well only after 4 months of working out.

Part of my workout is working on the posture, I find my self "slacking" at work, actuall have "post it's" to correct my posture. I believe alot ahs to do with my work chair, been at this job 7 years and that is when I started having problems, Posture and weight wise....but the money and beney's are to good.

So I just got back from my vacation at the Jersey Shore for 2 weeks, totally went off the diet and workout routine during that time period. Now that I am back...I jumped right back into it.

My family commented how my body improved, (they all live in NJ where I live in GA) having 5 "jersey" sisters....they tell it like it is.

It has me motivated to be in stellar shape for next year.
