Thanks all, I agree I believe I am doing well only after 4 months of working out.
Part of my workout is working on the posture, I find my self "slacking" at work, actuall have "post it's" to correct my posture. I believe alot ahs to do with my work chair, been at this job 7 years and that is when I started having problems, Posture and weight wise....but the money and beney's are to good.
So I just got back from my vacation at the Jersey Shore for 2 weeks, totally went off the diet and workout routine during that time period. Now that I am back...I jumped right back into it.
My family commented how my body improved, (they all live in NJ where I live in GA) having 5 "jersey" sisters....they tell it like it is.
It has me motivated to be in stellar shape for next year.
