Sending some love <3<3<3 and telling ya that I finally got the chance to use my tennis racket and balls...I bought a new raquet abt 2 weeks ago...LOL...Got hte chance to go today after work...hit balls for 45 mins it was great...I was such a dork in the rain running through puddles...I quit only b/c the puddles started beating me...they caught the balls before I did!!!

Yayyy for you and tennis! My baby has another lesson on tomorrow...we got rained out last week. We're both very excited. She and I were out there this past weekend and we had a grand time.
 
Hi there! I began on April 5 and on Oct. 27 weighed in 14.5 lbs lighter....so that's roughly 6 mon...no when I look at the calendar, seems to be 7 months. I had a real hard time with the last 5 pounds. Took longer to loose them than anything else. They were stuck with cement and super glue! :eek: But I FINALLY got 'em off me! :D

Hey Chicky...I uuummm did Yoga last night for 50 mins and threw out my back...*AHEM* *hangs head down* I could hardly walk and or talk it hurt sooo bad...after a cpl of t3's, muscel relaxers and various other pain killers I finally numbed the pain, even talked to my boss just in case I cant shake it come morning...I guess I kinda under estimated the tennis work out, it is like a full body one...Good thing I was smart enough to resist Billy Blanks charm...could you imagine...Tennis and Yoga was a bit to much for my bad back...I thought I would share so that you could come over to my diary and yell at me...*hangs head in shame* LOL...someone needs to keep me in my place...LOL

GIRL!!! That's A LOT of medication!! Should you be taking all of that!? You worry me, you really do. Don't take anymore today PLEASE! As for tennis, it very much is a TOTAL body workout...so take it easy with that other stuff. *OHD mumbles...I'm gonna have to spank this girl*

No need to worry abt me Chicky but you see I had to make the pain go away in order to deal with and care for my girls...I cant beleive how much pain meds it took, I was almost seriously considering going to the doctor...but I had to be able to move painlessly and talk...geeesh, I didnt do that much yesturday but I guess I havent played tennis for years and that combined with my harsh work day on Wednesday...was a bit of over kill...On Wednesday I cleaned four full family sized houses...10 washrooms in total...full washrooms...4 kitchens...all the vaccuming yadda yadda yadda...it does add up...but honestly it is dumb...I end up over doing it and then I cant work out for days *GRUMBLE**GRUMBLE**GRUMBLE*...sorry to bitch out your diary and also for the record you worry me...LOL...you and your all day meetings and not eating and running ragged...the joys of a single mommy but it does catch up to ya...
 
So true, so true...single mommyhood can cause one to run a bit ragged. We've got to make a pact to take better care of ourselves. To make matters worse, I left my bag at home by accident this morning , rushing...left my lunch and all my snacks and my water. Luckily I had left a 1.5 liter of water in the freezer here yesterday..only problem is it's now FROZEN ROCK hard. It's sitting in fron of my space heater on the floor thawing out. :eek: It's going to be a long day and I'm already starving!

I was trying to make sure I had all of my daughter's tennis bags and left my own and unfortunately I don't have time to run out today....maybe another parent won't show and I can run out. *prays*
 
Yes I hope so, I hate it when you dont eat it really does worry me...I keep snacks in my car, like, those nature valley granola bars or even the slim fast meal replacements even sometimes in my purse...Im lucky that way I am always out and about in the car so I can usually stop quickly if needed...I hope you do get the chance to eat something, something kinda decent as well...Yes we do need to take better care of ourselves but guess what...LOL...that was my New Years resolution for last year and oh my god...I ended up needing surgery, I had black outs and an accident due to those and lost my license for a year, I lost my good job I worked hard for due to not driving and so the list goes on, LOL...
