Tennis is GREAT fun and I'm becoming quite the fanatic!
hf, I'm SOO glad to see you're feeling better. My weight loss is coming pretty good, I'm 1.3 lbs away from my goal. I'm so excited, yet so nervous. It should be a great thing, but I'm afraid to be so close. Afraid that I'll gain this week versus lose, afraid that I won't maintain it....ok...I'm not going to think that way. *positive thoughts, positive thoughts*
I've been out and about all day running errands and things after I picked my daughter up this morning so I'm about to start on dinner now....right after I figure out what its going to be.
She had a GREAT time at the party, they put on a fashion show, dyed (temporary of course) and styled each other's hair, designed wind chimes and aprons, put on make up GALORE (OHD shakes head) and giggled til 1:30 in the morning. I was very lonely without her...went to the fair with a friend. I thought it was going to be so much fun but it was miserable without her.
Oh well, my sweetie pie is home and we're going to try out her new tennis shoes that I bought her on yesterday after dinner. Oh before I leave let me tell you about that. I've decided that I don't care for the New Balance I bought on Thursday night, so she can keep them as school shoes. I went to Omega Sports and got her a part of actual "tennis" shoes, Adidas Barricade IV Juniors (the blue and white ones). I feel alot better about these and was so excited to surprise her with them. Also got some more tennis balls, but these were the pink ones (breast cancer awareness ones)...very cool and a great cause to contribute to.
As for me and weightloss...which is what I'm supposed to be talking about (lol) I didn't eat too badly at the fair. I had a steak sandwich (no wheat bread...

) with onions and peppers and french fries. It's ok though, outside of the slice of whole grain cinnamon raisin bread I had for breakfast, that meal was the only carb intake I had. I was out and about so I had no lunch and didn't get my morning and afternoon snacks in...which was bad. So I definitely didn't go over my cals for the day.
Today is another not so great day. I had toast again for breakfast, no lunch and no morning snack. I had a handful of light lays for afternoon snack.

I know...not so great after such a good week, but I'll do better.
After dinner I'll be back to check into diaries. For now I'm going to run quickly to see which team won the challenge and then get my butt in the kitchen. Talk to you in a little bit.
