Thanks DQ! I think I'm about to run down the street really quick. My daughter wants oatmeal for breakast tomorrow and we're all out. Why didn't she mention this when we were in Wal-Mart or the grocery store earlier today??? :rolleyes: :p
 
Whew...y'all I am TOO tired right now. Just got in about 40 minutes of strength tranining. Did 100 back lunges on each leg, 50 bicep curls, 50 tricep curls (or whatever you call them), 500 bicycle crunches and some yoga stretching.

I BARELY walked to the shower. I thought my legs were shaking badly after my workout the other night. My goodness. My yoga mat is all sweaty....but I feel good, tired still but good. lol I gotta go update my challenge info. ...give me strength. :eek: :p

Great job at the party. I don't know that I could have had that kind of willpower (to not smush the chilidog in the lady's face)

Well howdy everybody! *OHD waves at Manaloa, Tammy, pequin,and T2* Thanks for stopping by folks!

Maaan, did I ever sleep like a log?! You were right pequin, I was worn out. Only I couldn't go to sleep right away (typical) because my legs hurt every time I turned or moved slightly. I had to get up out of bed twice and stretch some more. Guess I kinda over did it with the lunges. :eek:

I fully intended to get up and work out this morning before work...didn't happen. The scale said 137 this morning, though it's hard to tell from where I'm looking down from if it was 137.5 or not. If that's true I'm down a half pound. But I'm not going to get too excited just yet (although it's killing me not too. LOL ). Its analog and that makes it even more difficult to tell, but it wasn't 138, I know that for sure! LMAO. I may go back and get the Weight Watchers Digital scale as a comparison. Oh Lord...here I go. I go from no scale ever in life to two in a few days! :rolleyes: Oh boy, am I in trouble now!

LOL, drinking all this water makes me wonder sometimes. :p My legs are feeling better this morning, I can still feel my workout a tad bit, but no where near like last night. The stretching really helped, otherwise I'd still be in bed. :D
 
Yea, it was tough to watch those hotdogs being eaten with all the chili and mustard. The lady beside me kept saying, "This hotdog is so good," "This is the best hotdog I've had in forever." Then she looked at me and said, "Oh, I'm sorry." I was thinking, "yea right!" :rolleyes: But I made it through!!

Just think about all the yucky stuff in hot dogs while watching people stuff them in their faces. That's usually enough to turn me off. And, well, you know where that ends up - on someone else's stomach, hips or butt.

I would have looked her up and down and then just smirked at her…bet she would have been second guessing her choices herself for the rest of the day. You’re doing terrific mate.

You make a good point about hotdogs, now that I think of it that way...they don't look so good after all. Yucky! As far the exercise go, I kicked my own butt last night! Wowser did I ever feel it!!

This morning I was running a little late, so I grabbed that EAS protein bar and had it for breakfast along with 16.9 ounces of water on my way to work. I am surprised to report that it is quite filing.

My lunch will be better, though a bit high on the sodium because it's one of those Lean Cuisine dinners. I bought two the last time and never did eat this one. I was lazy last night after all my exercise and just couldn't prepare my lunch, so I stuck that in my bag this morning. I'll do better tomorrow. If I plan dinner right this frozen lunch may not topple my sodium intake too much. I guess I'll just have to see.

I'll post totals later, haven't put my menu into sparkpeople just yet.

I cant remeber if I stopped by to say hi yesturday oor not...Im assuming maybe not b/c I didnt read about the work out...LOL...or I dont remeber, maybe that was after I dropped in...whoooo knooows...Ok so I am going to go to Curves this afternoon after worka nd then take the babe for a walk after daycare...no Taebo this morning but i Need to start agian...I drag my ass so badly without it...it is my coffee...heeheehee...check in later on chicky...have a great day...
 
Have a good workout this afternoon! I'm going for my two mile powerwalk. I was going to recertify my 1st aid, but I'm going to wait until the 27th of October instead.
