Today's menu isn't all that great. I have meetings all afternoon so I didn't bring a "real" lunch, sorta of a make shift meal, but anyway here goes:

Breakfast:
Kashi protein bar (not all that great I might add, but I ate it)
Water

Lunch:
6 Garlic Triscuits
6 thin slices of 2% Extra sharp cracker barrell cheese
6 strawberries
water

Dinner:
not sure just yet

Snacks:
1 peach
1 snack bag of CocoaVia chocolate covered almonds

Water: 2 liters brought to work today.
 
lol.. when I do that (kick it) it just bites back and scrapes my wittle wittle toeys...lol Have a great day OHD!!
 
Don't kick your scale!!! Love it, talk nice to it. Ask it how it's day is.

Stand in front of it, do a little jig, cross your fingers, then step on.

Don't forget you are naked, after your morning bathroom visit, before you eat or drink anything.

You will entertain your scale with your naked jig, and it will reward you.

Okay, I'm NOT really obsessed with my scale. But I do like to weigh MOST days. It's all in how you use it. If my weight is up, I resolve to do well that day. If my weight is down, I give myself an atta girl and resolve to continue. See, I use my scale both ways. Oh, don't tell my scale I'm using it both ways. I don't think it will be happy. :p :p :p :p
 
Went to Curves and got my workout in, felt really good. I also got my new Curves plate and protein drink shaker. I'm so excited. I also just bought the new Curves bag and snack holder from Avon. I so love my Curves! :)
 
Hey! i'm in Curves also. I love the support! It's great. You sure don't eat much do you? I would starve on what you eat! Guess that's why you are thinner than me huh? Maybe I should try to eat a little less! LOL i'm trying to keep it at 1200 cal. But tonight I had 1400. Not toobad, I guess cause I'm doing a total of e workouts!:D

Today wasn't typical, I normally eat more but because of the meetings I had I knew I wouldn't have the time to really eat lunch so I brought something quick and easy that I could eat really fast without choking. :p

I was making my rounds with diaries again, but I'm sleepy. I've wasted...correction, "spent" so much time watching the tennis channel tonight! I'm SOO addicted. My daughter begins private lessons on Friday and my home has been flooded with tennis information ever since we made this decision. I added the sports package to my cable line up today just for that station. She was so excited when we got home this evening. Station hasn't been changed since we walked in the door...except to get a peek at what was going on in the world (local 24 hr news channel) when she took her bath.

I really hope she enjoys it and does well. I want this to be "her" sport, ya know? I'm not pushing, really I'm not. I'm following her enthusiasm and told her the important thing is to have fun, but that it required hard work. We'll see how it goes...but I sure hope she likes it as much as she thinks she's going to.

OooooOOOhz... I wana pick up tennis when I lose some weight. Abit difficult to run with the extra fats I've. My reflex isn't good enuf yet. Yr daughter will get hooked on it. :p It's fun!

Well, I overslept this morning. :( Not by a lot and I wasn't late, but I hate rushing in the morning, it's the worst. So needless to say breakfast wasn't the greatest...it was an apple. And because I was a slacker and didn't prepare my lunch last night (in my new Curve's plate that I was all excited about!) I only brought a lunch bag full of fruit. I grabbed one of everything I had, 2 of some. I've got grapes, a banana, 2 apples (ate one for breakfast) and a peach. Maybe I'll have time to run out and get something to eat at some point today. I want a Martha's Vineyard salad from Arby's...we'll see if I can get away. Otherwise my cals are going to be sucky. Dinner is going to be not so great either, because my daughter has cheerleading practice tonight and I need to go by the pro shop and pick up her racket for tennis practice tomorrow. *whew* I'm tired just thinking about it. AND I have to squeeze my walk in, which will be a run today due to time constraints.

Oh well, have a great day everybody! :)
 
Heeheehee...I hate mornings like that but for me usually it is my afternoon and evenings that are crazy...both the kids, dinner, exercising and yadda yadda yadda yadda...my oldest goes out 2 or 3 times a week...*SIGH* the joys of being a working, exercising mommy...LOL...Heres hoping your day goes smoothly...Oh hey guess what...I have ost 3 lbs and 3.5 inches...not as impressive as your inches but ihave only bewen seriously doing things these last three weeks...when I started the challenge was when I joined the website:):):)I was kinda proud of myself...
