Thanks Jelly belly! Guess what??? Just finished off my second liter of water! Yayy me!!!...now I've got to run out and buy another bottle. I've got at least another hour and a half here to go at work and my only other alternative is soday and I don't one.

Hey there! Yea, it's good that I'm doing "something" right. :eek: I'm going to Curves this afternoon so I'm looking forward to that.

Breakfast:
2 bananas
16 oz of water

Mid morning snack:
Snack baggie of red seedless grapes

Lunch:
Peanut butter sandwich on Whole Wheat
1 large peach
more water...

Mid afternoon snack:
1 apple
1 peach

Dinner:
Not sure yet

So far I've topped off 1 16 oz bottle of water and am working on a 20 oz bottle right now. Got a liter chilling in the fridge. :)
 
Woo Hoo! Just finished my 20 oz bottle of water....time to work on that liter bottle now.

Grand total of 36 oz of water so far for today. :) 33.8 oz to go before 3:30/4:00. I think I'm gonna make it. It's about time to up my intake back to 3 liters I believe!

LOL @ being your assistant! :D It seems like the more I drink the thirstier I am so it's pretty easy to get it in when I'm not in meetings.

hey hey....I'm working on that water. thanks for reminding me! only 5lbs to go.....to met my august goal I need to lose 4.5 this week before sat! I hope I make it!!

Just finished off my liter bottle of water, for a grand total (thus far anyway) of 69.8 fl ounces of water! Yippee!!

I'm going to Curves in about 30 minutes and I'll get another 20 oz bottle at the end of my workout. Jellybelly would be so proud of me! :D
