Just finished off my liter bottle of water, for a grand total (thus far anyway) of 69.8 fl ounces of water! Yippee!!

I'm going to Curves in about 30 minutes and I'll get another 20 oz bottle at the end of my workout. Jellybelly would be so proud of me! :D

All in favor of nominating Ohappydaye to be Jelly Belly's new assistant :D!!! Way to go - Jelly is DEFINITELY going to be proud of you!

Will you still post after you make your goal weight - you are so close - we might not "see" you anymore! *wipes tear from eye* ;)

No way am I leaving!! I'll still need support to maintain that weight, besides I like encouraging others along...the atmosphere is so great here. Besides, at the rate that its taking me to drop these last five I may just be here forever!!

Today's food

Breakfast:
Scrambled egg sandwich on double fiber whole wheat bread
w/ a "little bit" of grape jelly
1 banana
Water

Midmorning snack:
1 baggie of red seedless grapes
more water

Lunch:
Baby spinach salad with diced apples, raisins and grilled chicken
w/Fat Free Zesty Italian dressin
still drinking my water lol

Mid afternoon snack:
1 baggie of white seedless grapes
think I'll have a little more water :)

Dinner:
Thinking about trying this recipe I saw on Fit TV last night. Chicken Tenderloins covered in olive oil then rolled in italian bread crumbs (bread crumbs with italian spices in it) and baked. It looked so yummy and was only 130 cals for a 4 oz piece of chicken I believe she said. Might have some string beans with it...and some refreshing water! :D

I'm running out of ideas for veggies, anyone have ideas? I'm a corn-aholic, but from what I've heard, I should take it easy on the corn on the cob...is that true? I found a recipe for steam broccoli with garlic and some other spice...can't remember which one now. I'll have to read through my mags again. Any ideas would be great! Thanks in advance! :)

Finally got my butt back into Curves yesterday, it was exhausting but it felt so good afterwards! I slept like a baby last night! All it took to wipe out my insomnia was a good work out it seems. :) Today I'm back on track for my 2 mile power walk around the lake. I can't wait!!

Ok Diary,
I've just finished up my 1st 16.9 oz bottle of water for today. I had an 8 oz glass with breakfast this morning, so I'm at a total of 24.9 thus far. I'm a little behind so I've gotta kick it into gear.

It's GREAT! I am so fortunate to have the best group of women in the world there! It's loads of fun, we play games and have different activities there all the time. The group that I walk with on Tuesdays and Thursdays are from my Curves! We just love each other! :D :D

Updated total for water consumption: 56.9 fluid ounces!....That big ol' liter bottle over there is glaring at me! lol

Not bad at all :). I've been doing great with water, but now I have to find a way to bring it to school, keep it cold, and not drink it in the thirsty kids' faces.

Drink it in front of 'em...use it as behavior management. If they behave they can all have water, if not they suffer and watch you drink it with glee! lol

I'm about to buy a fridge for my office, I have one back home (about 2 hours away) but I'm too lazy to go get it. But I freeze a few bottles over night and keep one in the fridge. In the morning at work I drink the one I had in the fridge first and by afternoon the ice has melted in the others and it's nice and chilled.
