Its the start of a new month so many of us will want to set ourselves a target to lose weight or maintain over the next month.

Feel free to join me here.

Copy the scoresheet and state your aim.
You may want to lose a set amount of weight eg 1 pound or 2 pounds a week
You may want to lose for instance 1% of your weight at the start of the month
You may have made it to your goal weight and have your eye on Maintaining for instance within 3 pounds of your goal weight.
You may even have an alternate weight problem and have weight to gain.

I'd be pretty happy with a half stone loss over the month - delighted if I could lose the extra pound and a quarter that got me down to 13 stone....

My tummy bug made my data much better than it would have been. LOL it has almost got me on track for this...
