I'm just working on overtime and waiting for the game to start. For dinner I made a yummy recipe . .stuffed shells. .

My sister bought regular cottage cheese instead of fat free. I also added a cup of low fat shredded mozzarella to the cheese mixture. I entered all the ingredients onto spark people, using the actual info from the brands I was using. The calories stayed the same and the fat grams went up. Still it was a yummy dinner and not crazy bad on the fat either.
I updated my sparkpeople plan and it cut my calories back by 100. Perhaps that is what my body needs. I haven't exercised yet. I have no interest in the half time show, so I'll probably exercise then.
I'm so excited for the game!! I am first off a Steeler fan. But, I love to watch Peyton Manning play. He is such an exciting quarterback. Anyways, I'll post later before bed! Goooo Colts!!
