I'm officially starting my diet today and will be posting my stats here on a daily basis. Hopefully, this will motivate me to continue my diet.
Stats: Age 23 . Height 5'5. Weight 170lbs. Pant size 12. Shirt size M or L.
Last Years Stats Age 22. Height 5'5. Weight 138lbs. Pant Size 9/10. Shirt Size M or L.
Target Weight: 130lbs (or -40lbs)
Time: I hope to achieve this in 4 months
Exercise: Walking, maybe some weights.

OTHER INFORMATION:
*Breakfast Options- High fiber cereal, oatmeal with fruits or nutes, tuna with egg whites, toast
