Heres me currently. (Die stretch marks die) um yes.. erm...I aim to build a stronger looking body...or abs atleast. I just can't work these abs. When I sit I have my belly just overlapping out. Thats what annoys me..but when am standing or tensed up..it looks fine
Am 17 years old, I usually go gym 5 times a week. I don't have a eating or workout plan. I just tend to eat when and whatever I like minus the junk food and alcohol. At the gym I usually do classes...body combat which is a cardiovascular session and is a mixture of martial arts with music. I do that twice a week.
And then theres bodypump, a aerobic weights exercise class and other classes, like I do use the cardio machines every now and again aswell... Anyway some direction and advice would be nice
