Now Pics...

Heres me currently. (Die stretch marks die) um yes.. erm...I aim to build a stronger looking body...or abs atleast. I just can't work these abs. When I sit I have my belly just overlapping out. Thats what annoys me..but when am standing or tensed up..it looks fine

Am 17 years old, I usually go gym 5 times a week. I don't have a eating or workout plan. I just tend to eat when and whatever I like minus the junk food and alcohol. At the gym I usually do classes...body combat which is a cardiovascular session and is a mixture of martial arts with music. I do that twice a week.

And then theres bodypump, a aerobic weights exercise class and other classes, like I do use the cardio machines every now and again aswell... Anyway some direction and advice would be nice :)

i say hit the weights hard mate it looks like u need to bulk up a little

You could do with starting to dedicate more time to weights but to be honest you look really good for a 17 y/o. I had no where near the level of muscle you have at that age so you're doing pretty well IMO.

You could probably do with watching what you eat a bit more but don't forget that you're only 17 and these are the years that you need to dedicate to enjoying yourself. Don't lose it all by constantly working out the micro nutrient breakdown of everything you eat and spending all your spare time working out; just do want you enjoy but try and stay within reasonable limits with the bad stuff

You look pretty decent for 17. As far as your belly hanging when you sit, I think everyone has that to an extent! When you stand, definitely, the skin covering your stomach area stretches out, so yeah, it looks better standing. (Prob why you never see anyone showing their abs sitting down, lol).

Do some free weights. You seem to have a really good foundation to work with. Free weights would get you going on the road you want to be on.

Thanks guys, your posts were helpful. Am gonna hit the weights at the gym and really sort out my eating. Ive actually followed the Abs Diet eating plan which I did for like a few weeks, months ago. I might go back on that again..it seems sensible enough.

Thanks again guys..much appreciated...*go's browsing around the forum*
