Well I started back on the bowflex... doing the same thing I did when i started the last time as far as the bowflex workout goes. I weighed in at 220 this time, so I am 35 lbs lighter than I was when i started this the last time. I am going to bowflex only for 6 weeks, and I'll see what kind of results I see... I ran 3 x a week the last time but this time I want try it without that. Tomorrow will be my 3rd workout on the bowflex, the workout is really crappy ( well that's what I thought) but I am still sore. Man I am I. My lats and triceps are the worst. Man, it feels good to hurt again.
