Now pics... with link to my help thread

Well I started back on the bowflex... doing the same thing I did when i started the last time as far as the bowflex workout goes. I weighed in at 220 this time, so I am 35 lbs lighter than I was when i started this the last time. I am going to bowflex only for 6 weeks, and I'll see what kind of results I see... I ran 3 x a week the last time but this time I want try it without that. Tomorrow will be my 3rd workout on the bowflex, the workout is really crappy ( well that's what I thought) but I am still sore. Man I am I. My lats and triceps are the worst. Man, it feels good to hurt again.
 
you are doing great keep it up! some people who have been under alot of stess usally end up where they started but you havnt which is a great achievement alone!

Brady, you seem to be a lot like me in terms of build and progress, might I suggest looking at one of LVs programs . I have sidelined by injury unfortunately but was seeing very pleasing results from the program I was doing. You clearly know about cardio and lifting, similar again to myself, but the nutritional info I picked up was worth the door fee alone.

Well, I guess you were right, I let myself go for a year, I had almost no exercise. I know, it's bad. Anyway i have been putting off for long enough. The gameplan is simple, get in shape for July 1. I am going to go down around 210, hopefully with more muscle this time. I am weighing in at 234, which isn't that grotesque but I feel like I am back to where I started originally. i found posting pics on here was great for motivating me and I intend to do the same again. I'll post a pic on Monday. Be prepared, it ain't pretty.

Has anyone ebayed their before body? i was thinking about doing it , seeing if someone would sponsor me for a few months, who know it might be worth getting some free supps? lol.
