Saturday did not workout for a horse show, unfortunately, but it was better because I was so tired! Not getting enough sleep during the week really cought up with me. Also, did not do my weights Saturday because I was still feeling sore from the ride on Thursday, and I have to have my body recover. Mostly just cleaned and re-organized around the house and ran few errands, which was my exercise.
Friday we went out and I had half a bottle of wine with appertizer and cheesecake, Saturday we had boiled crab legs and boiled shrimp. Good on calories, but not so good on sodium, so I gained 2.5 lbs this morning. Its a bit depressing, especially since I was hoping to see some kind of progress by the end of this week, since I was fairly good all week. But, alas, the water gain is preventing that. So, I'm a bit depressed on that front. But as we all said before, I can't let the little number on the scale control me. Today I'm going riding and I'm going to work hard on some of the things I need to work on, and I need to keep drinking!
So the goal for today is to drink a lot and to stay under 1500 calories.
