Well, if you change the way you think, you change the way you feel. Truthfully. You know you are haivng these feelings and you know that those excuses lead you to gaining so this is time for you to truly look into yourself and blow off those excuses, know where it will lead you and start using fitday again! if you dont write it down, it is almost like throwing in the towel and if you dont exercise, then you wont be toned like you want to. You need to recognize those thoughts (which you have) and put them somewhere where they dont affect you...
