Nothing To Loose - That is the goal

Well, I did great on exercise this weekend. I rode horse both Saturday and Sunday! I am so extatic! I have not been able to ride 2 days in a row for over 6 month! Whoo-hooo! This is a big step forward for me health-wise.

Calorie-wise Saturday was good - about 1000, today was not so good - about 1400, but I'm hoping that 2 big exercise days will help me with today's calories. :)

I'm seriously noticing in fitday program that my lower weight is resulting in less calories burned during the day and by exercise, so it is becoming harder to get those 500 calorie deficit per day. I'm burning less about 50 calories a day, which does not seem that much, but it does make a difference to the bottom line. Which means I have to really step it up with exercise, and add some muscle and aerobics.

I always feel so guilty too after I overeat - lol, don't sweat it. You might as well enjoy it I always think.
 
Hi, well done you are doing well. It does get harder to get the same results the smaller you get, but you will still get there in the end. Keep up the great work.
 
Yep, loosing fast becomes harder and harder, so the road gets longer, but I'll get there eventually. :) I just have few more lbs to go before my official 10 lb mark. Can't wait for that to happen!

My legs are sore today from riding, but I'll try doing a bit of cardio tonight.
 
NTL you're doing awesome!! Wow, sorry I've neglected your diary!! :) Thanks for all your supportive words in mine. You really are doing so great... Wow..137.. I'd give a leg for that! lol :) (probably what'd it take too!!)

lookin good NTL. Glad to see that with your fitday, you can also see that since you are getting closer to your goals, it takes more work, but especially more exercise and muscle gain to keep your metabolism working.

Yep, the further I'm going, the more I'm realizing that I need to exercise and build muscle in order to get to my goal. I'm not going to be able to continue my weight loss on diet alone for too long. My goal for next 3 month is to increase exercise to the point that it can actually make a much bigger contribution to the calorie deficit. I want to feel fit and strong! I am hoping to acheve that by summer.

Food so far is 630 calories, still with dinner to go. We're doing meatloaf and veggies. Yummm. If I stick to my plan, I should be about 1100... IF being the operative word... I've been snacking too much latetly. A cracker here, a little piece of cheese there, it seems really small, but at the end of the day it all adds up, and I have to do better on this.
 

Oh the snacking can be a killer hey? Keep up the good work though - you can get fit by summer .. that's an awesome goal! Just have to stick with it! If only I could just diet, but a diet only goes so far! Once you really get into an exercise routine it will totally give your weight loss a big boost! Hope your dinnner last night went good! Good Morning, all,

Well, I did well on dinner department - about 1100 last night, whoo-hoo!
Not so well on exercise. After I came home I just crashed. The only exercise I did was washing dishes and helping with dinner a bit. I must have been tired from exercising two days in a row, both Saturday and Sunday. Tonight I won't have time to exercise, but I'm hoping to take a walk around the building during lunch, at least something is better then nothing.

Just wihing you a Happy tuesday. I think that's a good idea for you to walk around the building,espcially if you can't do your daily exercise. Well, have a good one
 

Hey - do that walk, it'll be good for you and don't worry about not exercising then - just stay active, housework is quite the workout! Haha... you're doing great though. Have an awesome Tuesday!

Ok, went for a walk yesterday. Had to leave early from work and did not get home until late at night.

I did not do very well on calories. 1800! Too many deserts. People brought cookies to the meeting last night and I could not refrain from eating them. Then I came home late and could not resist having some baklava because I was so hungry!

Will try to do better today.

Yep, planning to do better today. I did not get nearly enough sleep last night, because the meeting lasted so late, so will make it an early night for me. I also will see if I can exercise tonight. Being that its exhausted, my body may have different intentions, so can't say for sure. :)

Would love to be burning off my extra cals tonight.
 
Ok, when I got home I had to crash soon after. I slept from 6 to 8, then got up and watched a bit of TV, then slept through the night. But today I feel great! I am pretty awake even without my morning coffee!
Calories - about 1200.
Making new plans to exercise tonight.
