Tina is sayin it like it is, Im afraid! Without any exercise to get the metabolism going its gonna be hard! I remember in Greece we had to walk everywhere, and I probably did several miles each day there, and lost ten pounds eating whatever I wanted! Unfortunately, its a necessary 'evil' that you really do need to try to make time for. I know Im preachin' to the choir here, but even a short walk for 20 min can really help that scale move!
Still, your cals are not bad at ALL, and Id LOVE to already be at your weight! I WILL be, but Im impatient!
